Non Formal Education
Our organization conducts Non-formal education classes for the poorest of the poor in the interior villages in the Districts of East, West Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharswan and Dhanbad Districts in Jharkhand and the District of Purulia in West Bengal. It is for the weak scheduled tribal and scheduled caste children. The non-formal education is conducted in the following places and villages: -
Social-Welfare Activities
We conduct welfare, social awareness programmes and trainings in our places on various topics such as Typing, Computer, Spoken English, Stitching and embroidery, Karate, Yoga, formation of Self-help groups, Rain water harvesting system, modern Agricultural ways and means especially the usefulness of compost and organic manure and as well some type of Income generating activities...

Our History
The Catholic Diocese of Jamshedpur / Jamshedpur Diocesan Corporation was erected on July 2, 1962. It was started by the American Jesuit Missionaries from the Maryland (USA) Province. Because of the selfless service of these American Jesuit Priests, the Diocese today proudly serves around 63,000 Catholics with 155 local diocesan and religious priests 47 convents; 32 Parishes and 96 Mission stations.
